ABOUT OUR CLIENT

Our client is one of the largest dealers in Saskatchewan.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF THE AGRICULTURAL ASSISTANT SALES MANAGER

You will be responsible for the overall sales budget, marketing, and targeted KPIs; including training, coaching, and mentoring a group of experienced salespeople with support from corporate services. You will manage inventory and trades effectively, while being an integral part of a large team which collaborates to achieve client success.

WORK SCHEDULE

Hours will be seasonally dependent, based on the momentum of the industry

Ideal Candidates will have:

• Over 10 years of experience in leadership and sales management
• A committed desire to support some of the most progressive broad acre farming and livestock producers in the region
• Strong familiarity with the agricultural and agribusiness sectors and industries
• An affinity for fast-paced environments
• Willingness and ability to travel within the region and to industry events internationally
