Main Duties 

Source and Pre-qualify External Candidates.

• Find prospects not already in the database.
• Assess prospects’ skills, experience and type fit for our industry, clients, and current engagements to select and develop interested and qualified candidates.
• Complete required registration fields and call verifications.
• Add appropriate candidates to roll up lists for current engagements.
• Schedule pre-screening calls for Project Coordinators and/or Search Consultants and Practice Leaders.

Coordinate Internal Data Searches.
• Coordinate database searches for all open engagements to identify candidates.
• Contact appropriate candidates process results.

Coordinate Strategic Sourcing Plans.

• Find and maintain reliable sources for gathering company and contact information relevant to specific industry searches.
• Assemble lists of AOR specific source companies for current or future sourcing activities.
Process Applications
• Assess the value of each applicant for current and future engagements or candidate marketing opportunities.
• Professionally reject unsuitable applicants, while referring candidates to Project Coordinators and/or Search Consultants and Practice Leaders.

Education

Completed post-secondary education in Administration, Business or Agricultural

Preferred Qualifications/Skills/Attributes for Success

• Strong knowledge of computer programs, especially CRM’s and Excel.
• Solid knowledge of internet sourcing and searching tactics and resources.
• Very well organized. Strong attention to detail, and a high level of data handling accuracy.
• Excellent verbal communication skills

• Self-disciplined, with a strong work ethic.
• A sincere interest in discovering and assessing other people’s skills, personality traits, motivations, and career aspirations.
• Ability to react and respond to changing priorities.

Compensation/Features/Benefits

The company values and appreciates its employees by offering a comfortable base salary supported by variable income opportunities. A competitive health and dental benefits program through Canada Life is offered in single or family packages. Payroll is bi-weekly through direct deposit.

Regardless of your province of residence, you would gain a Saskatchewan base-vacation allotment of 3 weeks. Individuals working from their home office earn a monthly stipend to assist with costs for internet and cellular fees.

Company travel is done through third-party vehicle rentals to avoid wear and tear on your personal vehicle.
Company communication is supported by a Voice over IP system (VoIP). The database used for recruitment activities is PC Recruiter (PCR) which we have used exclusively since 2013.

Community/Geographic Information

Our Head Office is located in Saskatchewan. As we seek national representation, most staff work out of a home office. As long as you have a reliable, high-speed internet connection with significant upload and download Mbps, your location is insignificant.
