Candidate Referral Policy

You likely know someone we don’t know!  If you know someone whom you think would be a good fit for a currently advertised position by our company, feel free to refer them. If we end up hiring your referred candidate, you are eligible for a $500 referral bonus.  Conditions apply (see below)

  • Referral must be specific to a position we are actively working to fill

  • The person you are referring must be aware you are sharing their information with us and must be planning/considering a career change

  • Full contact information (cell # and email) must be provided at a minimum – a resume or LinkedIn profile is highly preferred

  • Referral bonus eligibility expires after 6-months

  • If the person you have referred is familiar to us, our records must indicate we have had no previous contact with them in the past 90 days

  • If your referral is hired by a client (or internally), you will receive payment once they have completed their first 90 days of employment and we have received payment by our client.
