Candidate Referral Policy
You likely know someone we don’t know! If you know someone whom you think would be a good fit for a currently advertised position by our company, feel free to refer them. If we end up hiring your referred candidate, you are eligible for a $500 referral bonus. Conditions apply (see below)

Conditions:

Referral must be specific to a position we are actively working to fill

The person you are referring must be aware you are sharing their information with us and must be planning/considering a career change

Full contact information (cell # and email) must be provided at a minimum – a resume or LinkedIn profile is highly preferred

Referral bonus eligibility expires after 6-months

If the person you have referred is familiar to us, our records must indicate we have had no previous contact with them in the past 90 days

If your referral is hired by a client (or internally), you will receive payment once they have completed their first 90 days of employment and we have received payment by our client.
