BUSINESS AGRONOMIST

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF THE BUSINESS AGRONOMIST
As a Business Agronomist, you’ll spend your time working directly with growers, providing agronomic advice, scouting fields, and helping customers make informed crop management decisions. You’ll build strong relationships through regular farm visits, develop customized crop input recommendations, and identify opportunities to support both grower success and business growth. Working closely with your team, you’ll help ensure customers receive the products, services, and support they need throughout the growing season.
AM I A GOOD FIT FOR THIS UNIQUE OPPORTUNITY?
- A degree or diploma in Agriculture, Agronomy, or a related field.
- A minimum of 2 years of agronomy, crop input, or agricultural sales experience.
- A Certified Crop Advisor (CCA) designation or the desire and ability to obtain one.
- A valid driver’s license and the ability to travel throughout the territory to support growers.
