SALES MANAGER

Grasslands Recruitment Specialists has been engaged to recruit Sales Managers for one of our clients in the agricultural equipment sector.

The open roles are in various rural locations across Saskatchewan and Manitoba.

The Sales Manager will manage a small team of sales representatives in a team environment that supports open communication with a company that provides its staff with the resources required to be successful.

While our client would prefer someone with a large equipment agricultural sales experience, it is important to have a solid knowledge of the technical aspects of agriculture whole goods sales, which could also be those with short line agricultural product and sales experience.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF THE SALES MANAGER

As the Sales Manager you are responsible for the success of your branch by maintaining high customer satisfaction standards, coaching, and mentoring your sales team and being the face of the company for the sales force. You will manage inventory levels, review financial performance, and develop and execute annual business plans for your branch.
