A DAY IN THE LIFE OF THE AG RISK ADVISOR

As their Ag Risk Advisor, you will work directly with individual farmers to create a formalized process to identify financial risks, determine which risks are important to address, and then implement strategies to mitigate those risks. You will complete business development while providing exceptional account management. You will develop strong business relationships with the Advisors, Producers, and various agribusiness (Ag Lenders, CPA’s, Insurance Agents, Ag Retailers) professionals.

WORK SCHEDULE

This full-time, remote position travels frequently throughout the region.

AM I A GOOD FIT FOR THIS EXCITING OPPORTUNITY?

Ideal candidates will have:

• An agribusiness sales background (finance / equipment / crop inputs / consulting agronomy) with an established network of key producers within a 100-mile radius of your home
• Interest and ability to achieve CAIB certification quickly upon hire
• Desire to be a trusted ‘go-to’ advisor, not just a salesperson
