Our client, a leader in broad acre farming, is one of the largest dealer groups in Saskatchewan.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF THE AGRICULTURAL ASSISTANT SALES MANAGER

You will be responsible for the overall sales budget and targeted KPIs, including training, coaching, and mentoring a group of entry-level and experienced salespeople. You will manage inventory and whole goods effectively, while being an integral part of a large team that collaborates to achieve client success.

WORK SCHEDULE

Hours will be seasonally dependent.

• Over 5 years of experience in leadership and sales management
• Strong familiarity with the agricultural and agribusiness sectors and industries
