BRANCH AFTERMARKET MANAGER

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF THE BRANCH AFTERMARKET MANAGER

You will be responsible for analyzing data, monitoring performance, and implementing improvements to drive business growth as well as overseeing supply chain processes, inventory management, and customer satisfaction while ensuring strategic planning for seasonal demands. You will manage staff supervision, training, and productivity to meet operational goals while ensuring profitability, cost efficiency, and high-quality service delivery while maintaining integrity in decision-making and departmental operations. You will facilitate communication across departments and provides input for corporate reporting and forecasts.

AM I A GOOD FIT FOR THIS UNIQUE OPPORTUNITY?

  • Strong technical knowledge of agriculture, industrial equipment, and materials handling.
  • Proficient in computer skills, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Internet usage.
  • Strong numerical aptitude, quick problem-solving, and data processing abilities.
  • Expertise in parts pricing, service revenue recovery, inventory management, sales analysis, and department expenses.
