BRANCH SALES MANAGER

Grasslands Recruitment Specialists has been exclusively retained to recruit a Branch Sales Manager for an Agriculture Equipment Dealer Group in central Saskatchewan.

The Branch Sales Manager will manage the sales activities including the implementation of objectives and sales processes and be responsible for sales metrics as well as attract, retain, and coach direct reports.

Our client, a leader in broad acre farming, is one of the largest dealer groups in Saskatchewan.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF THE BRANCH SALES MANAGER

You will manage and coach sales professionals within a branch, ensuring sales goals and metrics are met while maintaining customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities include developing territory managers through tailored training plans, contributing to the whole goods marketing strategy, and collaborating with other departments to implement best practices. You will also manage the branch’s sales budget, support inventory management, and ensure adherence to safety regulations. Your goal is to foster a productive team environment and align the branch’s performance with organizational objectives.

WORK SCHEDULE

Your work schedule will be flexible, and you will need to be willing to travel locally, regionally and internationally.

AM I A GOOD FIT FOR THIS EXCITING OPPORTUNITY?

Ideal Candidates will have:

  • Post-secondary education in Ag Business, Marketing, or a related field; Associate’s/Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Consideration given to equivalent education or experience.
  • 10+ years of sales experience, with 5+ years in sales management.
