A DAY IN THE LIFE OF THE MANAGER, PRECISION TECHNOLOGY SUPPORT

The Manager, Precision Technology Support is responsible for managing and supporting Precision Specialist’s across our client’s dealer network.

This group supports the sale of Agriculture Equipment and any customer with Precision Farming needs by providing technology expertise and value-added services to customers across Western Canada.

This is achieved through extensive employee product training, strategic objectives, and high-touch customer service.

The Precision Specialist group is tasked to be subject matter experts on all things related to precision farming applications including equipment optimization and works in concert with the Aftermarket departments to provide an exceptional customer experience.

AM I A GOOD FIT FOR THIS UNIQUE OPPORTUNITY?

• 5+ years of experience in a managerial role, ideally working with direct reports that work in the field at locations across western Canada.
• 5+ years of experience with precision agricultural equipment, products & services.
• Technical and operational competency with large scale agricultural equipment is an asset.
• A positive customer-oriented attitude and the ability to work with a wide range of personality types.
