A DAY IN THE LIFE OF THE SALES AGRONOMIST
This dynamic role blends sales, agronomy, operations, and farm support within a fully integrated seed business. The successful candidate will contribute to sales planning and execution, collaborate with internal teams to ensure operational alignment, and support product pricing, marketing, and customer service efforts. Responsibilities also include providing agronomic advice through field scouting and ongoing education, assisting with seed processing and logistics planning, and stepping in to support farm operations as needed. This position offers the opportunity to work independently and collaboratively while promoting the brand and building strong relationships with customers.
WORK SCHEDULE
This Manitoba home office-based role will be seasonally dependent and require travel around your territory.
