A DAY IN THE LIFE OF THE SALES MANAGER

Reporting to the CEO, the Sales Leader will strengthen the dealer network, accelerate time to value, and drive sustainable channel sales growth.

WORK SCHEDULE

This is an office and field-based position in the southern Manitoba area.

AM I A GOOD FIT FOR THIS EXCITING OPPORTUNITY?

Ideal Candidates will have:

  • Over five years of leadership experience in B2B sales, including dealer, distributor, and channel models.
  • Extensive hands-on expertise with CRM and sales enablement platforms such as Zoho, HubSpot, and Salesforce.
  • Advanced analytical skills with the ability to design and implement sales models, not just interpret them.
  • Excellent communication and strategic planning abilities, with a proven record of influencing cross-functional teams.
