A DAY IN THE LIFE OF THE SERVICE SHIFT MANAGER
The Service Shift Manager plays a key role in a fast-paced, energetic dealership environment. This position is responsible for managing, coordinating, and directing the workload of the Service Department to maximize efficiency and productivity, while maintaining a strong focus on quality of work, effective communication, and customer satisfaction. It offers the opportunity to deliver exceptional service in a collaborative workplace that values learning and growth.
WORK SCHEDULE
Ability to work flexible hours, varying shifts, weekends, and holidays if necessary
AM I A GOOD FIT FOR THIS EXCITING OPPORTUNITY?
Ideal Candidates will have:
- Skilled in operating diagnostic equipment
- Over 5 years of experience performing complex service repairs and maintenance
- Valid driver’s license required
- Journeyperson Certification in HD or Ag Equipment or equivalent industry experience
- Proficient in current business systems with strong computer skills
- Business and workforce planning, scheduling, and P&L experience
