Our established and well-respected client has been awarded distribution rights for an industry leading seed portfolio. This family-owned and operated business is expanding their footprint from east to west in western Canada.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF THE TERRITORY MANAGER

This role focuses on developing customer and retail relationships to drive sales while providing technical and agronomic support. The successful candidate will identify new sales opportunities, educate growers on products, and collaborate with the agronomy team on demonstration plots and trials. Responsibilities also include executing sales strategies, contributing to marketing initiatives, tracking customer interactions through CRM systems, and staying informed on market trends. Strong teamwork with sales, agronomy, and marketing colleagues is essential to ensure consistent messaging, effective customer engagement, and ongoing improvements in sales execution.

WORK SCHEDULE

This Manitoba home office-based role will be seasonally dependent and require travel around your territory.
